Ordering Policies-

Items can be purchased online using your major credit card or PayPal account. Once an order has
been placed, you will receive a confirmation via email that the order was received.

If you prefer not to purchase online, just make a note of the item number and give us a call or email.
Purchases can be made using your Visa, MasterCard or a personal check.

Special Orders-

All jewelry is made to order so if you have a special request contact Karen with details.

Sales Tax-

A 9.0 % sales tax applies to all Washington State residents.

Shipping and Handling-

All of Karen Grace Designs jewelry is made to order in very limited editions. The turnaround time is
approximately 1-2 weeks from date of order. Please contact Karen if you need a rush order (an
additional charge may apply).

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a $5.50 shipping fee. Typical delivery time is 3-5
business days from date of shipment.

Returns-

Returns are accepted for a full refund or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 21 days
from shipment date and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Please return the item unworn and in
the original packaging if possible. The customer is responsible for initial and return shipping and
handling fees. Special orders are non-refundable. Please contact Karen for an address to mail the
return.

Repairs-

We will repair any piece or part of a piece that proves to be faulty, if submitted for repairs within 60
days of purchase. Contact Karen for more details.
