Contact Karen and she will discuss how to replace the lost earring. You may need to ship the earring to Karen Grace
Designs to have one made to match. If it is impossible to match, you will be notified of other options. You will be
charged for 1/2 the price of the missing original earring plus shipping.

I see a necklace or bracelet I like but I don't see earrings that match. Can I have earrings made?

Of course. Contact Karen and she will help to design one in the desired length and style to match the necklace or
bracelet.

Can I have the necklace or bracelet made larger or smaller than the size listed? A different color?

Yes, since Karen makes the jewelry herself, she can customize the piece. Contact Karen to discuss sizing and color
options.

I don't want to give my credit card online. How do I order?

Although ordering online is secure through PayPal, you can choose to place your order over the phone. Karen Grace
Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard or personal checks.
